This is pretty easy spot in the field because someone that is observing someone in business can see if their communication is focused and if it is oriented towards the audience in an appropriate manor. Employers would expect professionals to be able to take responsibility for the professional communications with in their position. This would mean that an employer would expect a learner would be someone who would step in and understand how to communicate effectively, to be able to use appropriate tools, to be able to respond and communicate to the specific needs of the audience and to always keep in mind the communication needs of the organization itself.
